Food for Thought

As part of your festival experience, we will be creating a Fully Catered Vegetarian Organic* locally sourced* menu.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be all inclusive of your ticket, you know what that means? Free Food!

This will be a chance for us to all pause together, gather together,
and enjoy the labour of our gorgeous kitchen teams' work.

Wellness coach, yoga teacher and plant based food cook

I take great pleasure in planning and preparing tasty, healthy and colourful menus. Which I have  done for various size festivals and yoga retreats and supper clubs.

The food I cook is intwined with Ayurvedic and Naturopathic nutritional principles as well as my own love for flavour, colour and texture to create healthy and appetising culinary delights; from gut healing fermented foods such as kimchi and vegan broths, mouthwatering raw vegan desserts using healthy fats, nuts and my ultimate favourite superfood 'cacao' to colourful superfood salads and satisfying healthy comfort foods that will tantalise those taste buds.

We genuinely can't wait to see what she has in store for us, our bellies are already grumbling...
