Offering: Yoga Pranayama
Yoga Pranayama means control of breath, prana - Energy. This is a branch of Ayurveda, over 5000 year old ancient wisdom, a lifestyle system that addresses physical, mental and emotional needs of a human being. There are many breathing exercise techniques, for this workshop I will cover up to 5 pranayama depending on the group dynamics.
These exercises have multiple benefits from improving organ functions, boosting immune system, energy, stress relief, hormonal, thyroid, stomach issues, sinuses, anxiety, depression and much more. It is a ripple affect natural therapy. It is also a meditative practice in itself and it’s a lovely path into an embodied meditation practice.
Please bring some tissues or hand kerchief as these exercises are also nose clearing and can bring up snort!
My search for Nirvana 25 years ago, led me to study body and energy work.
